MKT POST — Terms of Service

By registering, logging in, or using any feature of MKT POST, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you use MKT POST on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MKT POST. If you reside in a country with a higher minimum age requirement, you must meet that requirement.

MKT POST utilizes Google Sign-In (Firebase Auth) as the sole login method. We do not store your password — Google is responsible for authentication.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under the Google account linked to MKT POST.
• You may not share your account, sell your account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent service limits.
• You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see Section 11 for contact details.

Videos, descriptions, captions, and any content you upload via MKT POST (collectively, “Content”) remain your intellectual property. MKT POST claims no ownership rights over your Content.

To operate the service — specifically, to push videos to TikTok via the official API — you grant MKT POST a limited license (non-exclusive, royalty-free) to process, forward, and temporarily store your Content. This license automatically terminates when the video publishing process is complete or when you delete the content.

You warrant that your Content does not violate any copyright, privacy right, or applicable law. You are solely responsible for the Content you publish.

When using MKT POST, you must not:

• Post content that violates local laws, violates the TikTok Community Guidelines, or infringes upon third-party rights.
• Automate spam posting, run bots, or abuse the API to send requests at a volume exceeding normal human usage.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, interfere with our systems, or bypass security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create competitive products based on the MKT POST source code in violation of its open-source license.
• Use MKT POST to distribute malware, phishing schemes, or launch attacks against third parties.

Violations of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

MKT POST is an independent application, and is not owned, sponsored, or endorsed by TikTok / ByteDance. Publishing videos to TikTok via MKT POST must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Content Posting API Terms.

When you connect your TikTok account to MKT POST, you authorize MKT POST (via official OAuth 2.0) to publish videos on your behalf. You can revoke this permission at any time in your TikTok connected apps settings or within the MKT POST dashboard.

MKT POST does not control changes to the TikTok API. TikTok's modifications, limitations, or suspension of the API may affect MKT POST's functionality in unpredictable ways.

MKT POST is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that your videos will always be successfully processed by TikTok, do not guarantee upload speeds, and are not responsible for your views, revenue, or any business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKT POST and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities — arising from your use or inability to use the service.

Because MKT POST is a free community service, our total liability to you in all circumstances is limited to the greater of $0 USD or the amount you paid to MKT POST in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if maintaining your account poses a risk to our system or other users. In non-emergency situations, we will attempt to provide advance notice.

You may discontinue use of the service and request account deletion at any time. Certain data (such as audit logs and backups) may be retained for a limited time as required by law before permanent deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and provide notice via email or in-app notification where appropriate.

Your continued use of MKT POST after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will be resolved in competent courts in Vietnam, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
